Evald Ilyenkov is our contemporary. The culture of thought in general is determined both by the state and the level of development of philosophy and its domain. Two circumstances guide a special attitude towards Ilyenkov's philosophical heritage. The need to move from a purely ideological understanding of social processes to a truly theoretical one is becoming increasingly urgent. The number of young people prepared by the cultural development and life circumstances to become socially significant individuals is increasing. At the same time, the danger of mass information zombification is also increasing.

The first section of the collection is dedicated to the concept of philosophy, the second to the problem of the correlation between philosophical consciousness and everyday consciousness, the third to the relevance of Ilyenkov's philosophical work, the fourth to the problem of the individual and society, the fifth to the problem of the future, and the sixth to the need to return to genuine Marxism. The collection of articles is intended for independent and creatively inclined young people who are willing to embark on the path of philosophical and theoretical understanding of the era we are in, the path of understanding what and how an individual should do in these conditions.
